Woolworths New Zealand is seeking a skilled Baker to join our store bakery. You’ll bring baking expertise to the department, creating cakes and breads while delivering great service to customers.

You will train, develop and supervise apprentices and team members, uphold Health and Safety and Food Safety standards, and contribute to a fast-paced, friendly bakery environment.

This role supports daily operations in Dunedin with flexible start times and a collaborative team culture.

Formación

• Previous experience and demonstrated knowledge in baking.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with flexible hours.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and bake quality cakes and breads for the department.
• Champion Health and Safety and Food Safety practices for bakery customers.
• Train, develop and supervise apprentices and team members in the Bakery Department.
