Job summary

New World Rolleston in Canterbury is looking for an experienced Baker to join our bakery production team, working across dough and sweet lines and following recipes to deliver high-quality products for our customers.

You will thrive in a supportive store environment with a strong team culture, receive full training, and have opportunities to learn and grow within our bakery operation. The role includes weekend shifts as part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a bakery environment.
• Passion for baking and producing high-quality products.
• A good understanding of the baking industry.
• Commitment to the work and a high degree of reliability.
• Some flexibility to occasionally work extra shifts over and above core hours.
• Good physical fitness for lifting and operating equipment.
• Great presentation skills and attention to detail.

An exciting opportunity currently exists for an experienced Baker in all aspects of Bakery production with both dough and sweet skill sets at New World Rolleston.
