Job summary

The Donut Factory in Papamoa, New Zealand, is seeking a talented Qualified Baker to join the team on a Monday to Friday schedule at our Papamoa site. Reporting to the Factory Manager, you will bring a background in plant-based manufacturing with a strong understanding of machinery and processes to ensure each batch is produced with high quality and consistency.

• At least 3 years experience in plant baking role.
• Health and Safety certificates (preferred).
• Food Safety and Quality certificates (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of work health and safety with demonstrated experience in previous workplaces.
• Passion for baking with a willingness to continually develop your learning.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong literacy and numeracy skills.
• A positive work attitude and professional manner.
