Job summary

The HR Ally is seeking a Technical Lead for AWS Integration Services in Auckland, NZ. This role focuses on leading design, development, and operations of cloud-native contact centre platforms built on Amazon Connect and AWS integration services.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Amazon Connect administration and engineering.
• Strong AWS cloud experience and serverless patterns.
• DevOps practices including IaC, CI/CD, and automation.
• Experience in AI-powered contact centre solutions and RAG concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and integrate cloud-native contact centre solutions on Amazon Connect.
• Lead technical design activities and provide architectural guidance.
• Develop and maintain APIs and integration services with AWS and Salesforce.
• Implement and support CCaaS solutions with emphasis on reliability and security.
• Mentor engineers and drive transition of solutions into BAU support.
