Airways International Ltd in Christchurch seeks a Training Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day delivery of training services. You will manage course enrolments, learner records and testing activities, coordinating across domestic and international delivery to ensure a consistent learner and customer experience.

You will also support platforms and governance processes, ensuring accurate records and efficient operations, while collaborating with instructors, customers and internal teams

Formación

• A relevant tertiary qualification at Level 6 or above, with a degree preferred.
• Experience in administration, ideally within aviation, training or education.
• Ability to troubleshoot common technology issues and elevate more complex matters appropriately.
• Strong Microsoft 365 skills, particularly Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and Excel.
• Excellent planning, organisation and attention to detail.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate course enrolments and training records across domestic and international delivery.
• Support applicant testing and assessment activities through SureSelect.
• Assist with governance, audits and quality documentation to improve training delivery.
• Liaise with instructors, customers, suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues and keep activities running smoothly.
