Auckland Airport is hiring a Behavioural Detection Officer (BDO) to help keep New Zealand’s aviation system safe and secure. You’ll use observation, judgement, and people skills to identify unusual behaviour and assess potential threats in a dynamic airport environment.

This role involves engaging with a wide range of people, reporting findings, and working with agencies such as NZ Police, Customs, and Immigration NZ. Training starts February 2027 and includes comprehensive development.
