Job summary

• You can work four weekend shifts per month and at least one evening each week.

Responsibilities

• Execute Operational Routines: Follow set routines to complete processes accurately and on time, including managing inwards goods, ensuring price integrity, and completing all inventory tasks and stocktakes.
• Lead Team & Training: Lead the 'swarm' within your function, ensuring work is completed correctly, and provide on-job training and coaching for new and existing team members.
• Champion Safety: Actively promote a safe and healthy work environment by following protocols, reporting hazards, and prioritizing wellbeing.
• Resolve Issues & Support Store: Timely escape process issues for resolution and step up as Acting Store Manager on scheduled shifts.
• Foster Collaboration: Actively participate in 'Better Together' connections to strengthen team collaboration and communication.
