Job summary

The Warehouse Greymouth is seeking an Availability Manager to lead the Nightfill team and ensure optimal stock, presentation and customer experience in our Greymouth store. You will drive merchandising standards, follow planograms and display guides, and motivate staff to deliver results.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience, can-do attitude, and excellent communication and computer skills.
• Experience in retail, especially stock, merch, recovery and presentation, is advantageous.
• Forklift license preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate the Nightfill team to maintain merchandising standards.
• Ensure planograms and display guides are followed and the store looks its best.
• Oversee restocking and recovery with minimal disruption to customers.
• Maintain a safe and positive work environment.

Job Description

When customers walk through our doors, they should be able to locate what they want with ease and walk out satisfied.

The Availability Manager is responsible for presentation, merchandising, restocking and recovery at a time when it has the least impact on customers.

There are tight timeframes to ensure our stores are well stocked and look their best and this takes quality leadership.

You will be responsible for leading, coaching, and motivating the Nightfill team ensuring that merchandising standards, planograms, and display guides are maintained and our store shines so it's a safe and positive work environment for everyone. Tuesday to Saturday 2:30pm-midnight

Qualifications

Ultimately we’re looking for someone with leadership experience, a can‑do attitude, and excellent communication and computer skills.

If you’ve had any experience in retail preferably in stock, merch, recovery and presentation that would be a real advantage and if you’re someone who loves to roll up their sleeves and get things done, then you could be the perfect fit for us! Forklift license preferred but not essential
