Job summary

The Warehouse Levin is seeking an Availability Manager to lead Nightfill, presentation and stock control. You’ll coach the Nightfill team to maintain planograms, display guides and ensure shelves look inviting while keeping safety a priority.

Successful candidates will have leadership experience, a can-do attitude and strong communication skills, with knowledge of stock, merch, recovery and presentation in retail.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate the Nightfill team to meet merchandising standards.
• Maintain planograms and display guides to ensure store presentation.
• Oversee restocking and recovery with minimal customer disruption.
• Ensure shelves are well stocked and visually appealing at all times.
• Uphold safety standards and a positive work environment for staff.
• Collaborate with store leadership to optimise stock availability.

The Availability Manager is responsible for presentation, merchandising, restocking and recovery at a time when it has the least impact on customers.

There are tight timeframes to ensure our stores are well stocked and look their best and this takes quality leadership.

You will be responsible for leading, coaching, and motivating the Nightfill team ensuring that merchandising standards, planograms, and display guides are maintained and our store shines so it'sa safe and positive work environment for everyone.

Ultimately we're looking for someone with leadership experience, a can-do attitude, and excellent communication skills.
