Job summary

The Availability Manager role at The Warehouse Group in Auckland leads the Nightfill team to ensure fast, accurate restocking, excellent presentation and strict adherence to planograms with minimal disruption to customers.

You will coach and motivate staff, maintain merchandising standards, and safeguard a safe, positive work environment while delivering strong customer experiences and contributing to store performance.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a retail environment is required.
• Excellent communication and team coaching skills.
• Experience in stock, merch, recovery and presentation is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the Nightfill team to maintain stock levels and planogram compliance.
• Ensure high standards of merchandising, presentation, and display guides.
