Job summary

The Warehouse Queenstown is seeking an Availability 2IC Team Member to help maintain stock availability and ensure the Store Trading Plan is executed efficiently. You will work closely with the Availability Manager with a focus on merchandising, restocking and recovery during evenings.

The role requires drive, urgency, and the ability to interpret and execute plans, plus strong written and verbal communication and leadership attributes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading stock availability, merchandising and recovery tasks.
• Ability to interpret and execute store plans.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Leadership experience or leadership attributes.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stock availability and ensure timely replenishment.
• Support the execution of the Managers Trading Plan.
• Assist Fill Teams and merchandising when needed.
• Collaborate with Availability Manager to optimize store presentation.
• Provide leadership in a fast-paced evening shift.

Hours of work are:

• Tuesday to Saturday 12:00pm - 8:30pm

The Availability 2IC assists withpresentation, merchandising, restocking and recovery at a time when it has the least impact on customers. There are tight timeframes to ensure our stores are well stocked and look their best and this takes quality leadership.

In this role, you will work closely with theAvailability Manager bybeing responsible for stock availability, the execution of the Managers Trading Plan, and the Fill Teams. This roleworks evenings.

The ideal candidate will have:
