Job summary

WSH Experts Pte Ltd seeks an AV/IT specialist to plan and deploy AV-IT systems in classrooms and meeting spaces for CSC operations. You will troubleshoot incidents to maintain smooth business activities and manage AV assets and loans for ongoing operations.

You will also support end users during training sessions and events, and provide advisory input on AV-IT readiness across training facilities and venues.

Qualifications

• Experience setting up AV/IT systems in classrooms and meeting rooms.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve AV/IT incidents promptly.
• Experience managing AV-IT assets and loans for continuity.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare AV-IT equipment for CSC business and operations.
• Manage, troubleshoot, and resolve AV-IT issues to ensure seamless operations.
• Oversee AV-IT assets/loans and maintain readiness for events and training.
• Support end users during training programmes, events and meetings.
