Job summary

Genuine Parts Company (Repco) in Auckland, NZ is seeking a customer-focused associate to provide technical support to trade and retail customers, using automotive parts knowledge. You will build durable customer relationships and act as a solutions-driven seller with up-to-date product information.

The role emphasizes genuine service, a busy phone-based environment, and a commitment to safety. Flexible availability and a valid driver’s license (manual preferred) are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate prior automotive parts or mechanical experience.
• Be a passionate customer service expert with some sales experience.
• Be able to communicate in both technical and non-technical terms.
• Be a proactive, driven team player who can also work independently.
• Hold a valid driver’s licence (manual preferred).
