Job summary

Repco NZ in Auckland is seeking Automotive Parts Interpreters to provide technical support to trade and retail customers, using their automotive parts and mechanical knowledge. The role is Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm (42.5 hours) with a focus on accuracy, safety and customer satisfaction.

You will build strong relationships, share up-to-date product information, and help customers with technical and sales inquiries.

Qualifications

• Prior automotive parts or mechanical experience.
• Customer service with sales exposure is preferred.
• Ability to communicate technically and non-technically.

Responsibilities

The successful applicant will:

• Demonstrate prior automotive parts or mechanical experience
• Be a passionate customer service expert with some sales experience
• Be comfortable sharing knowledge and have the ability to communicate in a technical and non-technical manner
• Be a natural problem solver who is solutions focussed with sound computer skills
• Be a proactive and driven team player, who can also work independently
• Have a flexible availability and hold a valid driver’s licence (manual preferred).
