Active 4x4 Dismantlers in Auckland seeks a Customer Service Manager to lead our customer-service operations across our automotive-parts business. This full-time role requires hands-on leadership and a focus on service standards.

Location: Onehunga, Auckland. 40 hours per week. Pay: NZD 38–44 per hour. You will oversee inquiries, quotations, returns and aftermarket support, mentor staff, and coordinate with sales, warehouse and management to boost satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in customer-service management.
• Strong communication and staff-supervision skills.
• Experience in automotive, parts, retail or a related environment would be advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain customer-service standards and procedures.
• Manage customer enquiries, quotations and after-sales service processes.
• Oversee handling of customer concerns, returns and warranty-related enquiries.
• Monitor customer-service performance and response times.
• Coordinate communication between customers, sales, warehouse and management teams.
• Supervise and support customer-service staff.
• Investigate customer-service issues and implement appropriate solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
