Active 4x4 Dismantlers Limited in Auckland is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead our automotive-parts customer service operations. This permanent, full-time role is based in Onehunga and guarantees minimum 40 hours per week.

You will develop service standards, manage inquiries and warranties, supervise staff, and coordinate with sales, warehouse and management to improve customer satisfaction.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years of customer-service management experience.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and staff supervision skills.
• Experience in automotive, parts, retail or related environment would be advantageous.

Mansioni

• Develop and maintain customer-service standards and procedures.
• Manage customer enquiries, quotations and after-sales service processes.
• Oversee the handling of customer concerns, returns and warranty-related enquiries.
• Monitor customer-service performance and response times.
• Coordinate communication between customers, sales, warehouse and management teams.
• Supervise and support customer-service staff.
• Investigate customer-service issues and implement appropriate solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
• Maintain appropriate customer-service records and reports.
• Provide management with feedback on recurring customer and service issues.
