Active 4x4 Dismantlers is seeking a Customer Service Manager to manage customer-service operations across our automotive-parts business. Location: Onehunga, Auckland. Employment: Permanent, Full-Time. Guaranteed Hours: Minimum 40 hours per week.

Pay: NZD $38.00–$44.00 per hour. The role involves developing customer-service standards, handling inquiries and after-sales processes, and coordinating across sales, warehouse and management teams to improve satisfaction and efficiency.

• Develop and maintain customer-service standards and procedures.
• Manage customer enquiries, quotations and after-sales service processes.
• Oversee the handling of customer concerns, returns and warranty-related enquiries.
• Monitor customer-service performance and response times.
• Coordinate communication between customers, sales, warehouse and management teams.
• Supervise and support customer-service staff.
• Investigate customer-service issues and implement appropriate solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
• Maintain appropriate customer-service records and reports.
