East & South Toyota in Auckland's Botany site is adding two Toyota Care Consultants to the team. You will be the first voice customers hear when booking service or repair, working with the service team, handling inbound inquiries, and guiding customers through WOF and servicing.

This high-performing, supportive team values people, food, and growth. The role offers a base salary from $57,000 plus incentives and a stable, full-time schedule.

Formación

• At least 12 months of customer service or sales experience, preferably in a contact centre.
• Automotive experience will be highly regarded.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Book service and repair appointments across our sites.
• Maintain accurate customer records and keep data clean.
• Handle inbound calls and answer questions, resolving issues.
• Make outbound calls to customers due for a WOF or service.
• Collaborate with service departments to ensure smooth handovers.
