Job summary

Westpac New Zealand is hiring for a role focused on designing and maintaining automation solutions across contact centre platforms and integrations. You’ll collaborate with engineers, platform specialists, vendors and stakeholders to raise quality and minimize delivery risk.

You will build and maintain automated functional, API, integration and end-to-end tests, embed testing into CI/CD pipelines, review requirements, and help ensure release readiness while investigating defects and driving

Qualifications

• Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development and contact centre environments.
• Strong automation testing experience across API, integration, regression and end-to-end testing.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps and Agile delivery; programming language proficiency.

Responsibilities
