Job summary

Suntory Oceania in Wiri, New Zealand, is seeking Operators to safely operate packaging equipment across all workstations. You will own safety, quality, standard work and drive continuous improvement to hit production targets.

We value ambitious operators eager to learn, with trades experience and a safety‑first mindset. The role involves shift work, including overnights, with opportunities to grow as the site upgrades progress.

Qualifications

• Trades experience in manufacturing or related field.
• Automation experience would be highly regarded or a strong desire to learn.
• A safety-first attitude with clear incident reporting and hazard awareness.

Responsibilities

• Operate beverage packaging equipment across assigned workstations per Manufacturing Plan.
• Perform daily cleaning to meet GMP and HACCP standards.
• Drive safety, quality, efficiency, and autonomous maintenance improvements.
• Perform autonomous and corrective maintenance to extend equipment life.
• Troubleshoot and apply structured problem solving.
• Report incidents and maintain safety at all times.
