Job summary

Suntory Oceania in Auckland’s Wiri site is seeking an Operator to safely run packaging equipment across assigned workstations, upholding safety, quality and efficiency. The role involves following the Manufacturing Plan, identifying abnormalities, and contributing to continuous improvement.

This is shift-based, includes overnights, and offers opportunities to learn and grow within a growing beverage business.

Qualifications

• Trades experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Automation experience would be highly regarded.
• A safety-first attitude to ensure GMP/HACCP compliance.

Responsibilities

• Utilise beverage processes and high-speed packaging equipment to meet targets per the Manufacturing Plan.
• Perform daily process area cleaning to maintain GMP/HACCP standards.
• Drive continual improvements in safety, quality, efficiency, environment and autonomous maintenance.
• Conduct autonomous and corrective maintenance to improve equipment lifespan and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and apply structured problem solving to issues.
• Ensure all activities are performed with safety as a priority and report incidents.
