Job summary

2 Cheap Cars Group Limited is seeking a Business Manager (Finance and Insurance) for our Hamilton branch. You will lead F&I operations, support the sales team, and drive profitability while delivering exceptional customer service.

The role requires experience in automotive sales, finance and insurance, and the ability to travel to other branches as needed. Weekend availability and NZ work rights are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a used vehicle dealership environment (essential).
• Proven experience selling finance, insurance, warranties, and other value-added products.
• Strong automotive sales skills with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to quickly adapt to different branch environments and build rapport with customers and team members.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing demands.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with the confidence to work independently when required.
• Ability to coach, support, and share best practices with sales teams across the network.
• Customer-focused mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify opportunities to improve sales performance and profitability.
• A valid New Zealand Driver Licence (Restricted or higher).
• Willingness and ability to travel throughout New Zealand as required.
• NZ Residency, a valid NZ Work Visa, or the legal right to work in New Zealand.
• Availability to work weekends and public holidays as required in our seven-day retail environment.
