Job summary

DH Kitchen in Auckland is seeking an organised Project Coordinator to join our team, supporting end-to-end kitchen and interior projects from confirmation to installation.

You will coordinate schedules, liaise with clients, designers, carpenters and suppliers, maintain records and help manage timelines, ensuring high standards and client satisfaction. This permanent full-time role requires at least 2 years experience or a Level 5 qualification and NZ work eligibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience or a Level 5 qualification.
• Must have the right to work in New Zealand.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate kitchen and interior projects from initial confirmation through manufacturing, installation and final completion.
• Assist with planning, administration and coordination of multiple projects at different stages.
• Liaise with clients to confirm project requirements, schedules, site access and installation arrangements.
• Coordinate between designers, carpenters, cabinet makers, suppliers and clients to ensure project requirements are clearly communicated.
• Monitor project timelines, production schedules and installation dates to ensure work is progressing according to plan.
