Job summary

Crown Infrastructure Delivery Limited is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead complex infrastructure projects from planning through handover, including the Ministry for Primary Industries’ PHEC facility in Auckland. You will provide strategic guidance, manage risk and lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver outcomes.

Qualifications

Extensive experience leading large and complex infrastructure or capital projects.
Ideally experience delivering certified containment facilities.
Strong commercial, contractual and financial management capability.
Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and delivery partners.
Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams and navigating complexity.

Responsibilities

Lead project delivery across all phases of the project lifecycle.
Provide commercial, contractual and governance leadership.
Build trusted relationships with clients, contractors, consultants and stakeholders.
Manage project performance across scope, budget, programme, quality and risk.
