Bendon Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Whangārei store. You will act as second-in-charge, supporting the Store Manager and coaching the team to perform at their best.

You will help customers find the right fit, delivering a warm, confidence-boosting experience and handling stock, merchandising, loss prevention, and KPI delivery. The role includes a 12-week induction and staff incentives.
