Job summary

Bendon is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Dunedin Westgate location. You will lead day-to-day store operations, coach a fast-paced team, and help customers find the perfect bra fit with care and confidence.

You’ll focus on delivering excellent service, managing stock and KPIs, and contributing to a positive, inclusive store culture with ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management or supervisory roles.
• Strong customer-focused approach and communication skills.
• Willingness to work a 40-hour week with Sunday-Thursday shifts.
• BRA-FIT certification or willingness to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Serve as second-in-charge and cover Store Manager during RDOs.
• Coach and support the team to meet targets and KPIs.
• Oversee stock, merchandising, losses and store presentation.
• Deliver a warm, confident customer experience and promote fits.

40 hours per week | Sunday-Thursday roster

What You'll Be Doing

• Step in as second-in-charge and run the store on the Store Manager's RDOs
• Coach and support your team to perform at their best
• Get BRA-FIT certified and help customers find a life-changing fit
• Deliver a warm, welcoming, confidence-boosting customer experience
• Handle key store operations including stock, merchandising, loss prevention, and hitting KPIs
