Bendon Limited in Dunedin is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to lead our Westgate store with energy, confidence and a passion for helping customers feel incredible. You’ll step in as second-in-charge on the Store Manager’s RDOs, coach your team to deliver outstanding service, and drive stock, merchandising, loss prevention and KPI performance.

This role includes a 12-week induction, incentives, staff discounts and opportunities to grow your retail career.

Qualifikationen

• Retail leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to coach and develop a team.
• Strong focus on customer service and experience.

40 hours per week | Sunday-Thursday roster
