Job summary

Bendon Limited is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Tawa store in Wellington. Bring energy, confidence and a passion for helping women feel incredible as you act as second-in-command.

This role is 35 hours per week, Sunday to Thursday, with a comprehensive 12-week induction, incentives, birthday leave, and staff discounts as you grow your retail career.

You’ll lead a team, drive store KPIs, and ensure a warm customer experience while maintaining stock and merchandising standards.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• BRA-FIT certification is required or training provided.

Responsibilities

• Serve as second-in-command and run the store on the Manager’s RDOs.
• Coach and support the team to perform at their best.
• Obtain BRA-FIT certification and assist customers with fitting.
• Create a warm, welcoming, confidence-boosting shopper experience.
• Manage stock, merchandising, loss prevention and KPIs.

• Handle key store operations including stock, merchandising, loss prevention, and hitting KPIs
