Job summary

Macpac is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to join a busy retail team in Christchurch. You will lead a team on the shop floor, deliver outstanding customer experiences and help drive sales while upholding store standards in stock control, merchandising and safety.

A positive attitude and people-first approach are essential for success. With strong progression opportunities within Macpac and the wider Super Retail Group, you’ll be supported by a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years management or supervisory experience.
• Ability to lead by example and deliver top-tier customer service.
• Motivate and inspire your team.
• Experience in training and driving floor sales.
• Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, and store security.
• Outdoor clothing/gear passion preferred but not essential.
