Job summary

Petstock Papamoa is looking for an Assistant Store Manager (2IC) to support the Store Manager in leading a passionate team and delivering world‑class customer service. You will mentor staff, drive sales, maintain safety standards and oversee stock and VM across the store.

• Experience in a store leadership role or willingness to step up in retail management.

• Recruit, onboard, and induct high‑calibre new team members
• Create a fun, supportive in‑store culture where your team loves coming to work every day
• Proactively support local marketing opportunities and sponsorships
