Petstock Nelson NZ is seeking a Store Manager to lead a passionate team and deliver world-class customer service. You will drive a high-performing retail operation, recruit and coach staff, and ensure a safe, engaging store culture that aligns with Petstock Group values.

• Established business acumen.
• Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing work conditions.
• Strong interpersonal skills with customers and team.
