Job summary

Michael Hill Hamilton is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support leadership of the Waikato store, driving performance, culture and customer connection. The role is permanent full-time with a 35-hour week (Sun to Thurs) and includes commission and rewarding initiatives.

You’ll participate in structured training, benefit from the Stepping Stones program and mentorship, and have a clear career pathway to Store Manager with regional opportunities and staff perks.
