Job summary

Michael Hill in Wellington's Lambton Quay is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a busy jewellery store, focusing on performance, culture and customer connection. You’ll work closely with a Store Manager and mentor a team, delivering memorable customer experiences and achieving sales targets.

If you’re retail-focused, people-led and ready for a clear leadership path, this permanent full-time role offers structured training, mentorship, and opportunities across New Zealand.
