The Opportunity

Our Lorna Jane Newmarket store is looking for an Assistant Store Leader. You'll support your Store Leader in running the floor leading by example on sales, coaching the team day to day, and keeping operations sharp. This role is for someone who wants to sell, lead, and grow into more. You'll be one of your team's strongest sellers and a natural coach on the floor someone the team looks to when the Store Leader isn't around. If you have retail sales experience in apparel, sports or activewear, this is your next step up.

What You’ll Do

• Support the Store Leader in driving sales and KPI results by leading from the floor and delivering exceptional, customer‑first experiences.
• Coach, motivate and develop the team through regular feedback, on the job training and role modelling Lorna Jane service standards.
• Maintain high operational standards by supporting stock management, VM execution and daily store routines.
• Live and breathe the Lorna Jane brand, inspiring the team and customers through Active Living advocacy both in store and within the local community.
