Job summary

Crown Infrastructure Delivery is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the delivery of major infrastructure projects in New Zealand. You will work with Clients, Capital Projects, Advisory and the PSO to help projects progress through their lifecycle.

Candidates should be motivated, organized and eager to learn, with a project management qualification (or working towards one) and experience in construction environments.

Qualifications

• Project management qualification (or working towards one).
• Experience in construction or project environments.
• Familiarity with NZS 3910 and NZS 3916 contracts.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and analytical skills.
• Confidence using project management tools like Procore.

Responsibilities

• Support project delivery and documentation.
• Assist with contracts, change control and business cases.
• Manage risks, issues and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure health and safety compliance.
• Provide high-quality administrative and project support.
