Job summary

Crown Infrastructure Delivery Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead complex infrastructure projects, starting with the PHEC facility in Auckland. You will oversee planning, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover, providing strategic guidance to clients and stakeholders.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, ensure delivery outcomes, manage scope and budget, and build strong relationships with delivery partners.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large, complex infrastructure or capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery across all phases from planning to handover.
• Provide commercial, contractual and governance leadership.
• Build trusted relationships with clients, contractors, consultants and stakeholders.
