Sushi 678 Limited in Tauranga is seeking a reliable Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service, quality, cleanliness and safety. You will lead the team in the Manager's absence, supervise staff during shifts, assist with rostering, training, stock control and customer enquiries to maintain smooth service.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in hospitality or a Level 4+ qualification, strong leadership, punctuality, and a proactive, customer-focused

Qualifications

• 2+ years in hospitality or a Level 4+ qualification.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
