Job summary

The Sebel Auckland Manukau is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Front Office Manager, lead a small team, and ensure smooth daily operations with exceptional guest service.

You will oversee shifts, manage team performance, train staff, and drive guest satisfaction while representing the Accor Live Limitless program. A passion for hospitality and a friendly, proactive approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in the hotel industry.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Strong background in Front Office procedures and Opera PMS.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Front Office Manager in daily management of the Front Office department and lead a small team.
• Ensure efficient, effective operation and provide exceptional, friendly service to guests.
• Take responsibility for shifts and use initiative when the Front Office Manager is not present.
• Develop and empower the team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
