Job summary

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, at least 1 year in food service, and knowledge of food service equipment. You will help train staff, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with health regulations.

Responsibilities

• Support the Food Service Manager to maintain high standards of customer service and operations.
• Collaborate with management to ensure policy compliance and promotional programs.
• Monitor health and food safety regulations, sanitation, storage, rotation, expirations, preparation, cooking, thawing, temperatures, etc.
• Assist with inventory control, ordering, and production guides for food preparation.
• Communicate with staff via emails and meetings about specials and company programs.
• Merchandise products with signage, pricing, and presentation.
• Promote company food service promotions.
• Train and supervise staff on food service responsibilities.
