This role sits in a busy, modern dealership that values customer service, teamwork, and professional development. You will coordinate servicing and repairs and deliver exceptional service while supporting technicians and the parts department.

Qualifications

• Experience in a service advisory or Aftersales role within automotive

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with Toyota standards
• Book vehicles in for servicing, repairs and maintenance
• Communicate repair requirements and service recommendations to customers
• Liaise with technicians and parts to ensure efficient workflow
• Provide customers with updates during the repair process
• Prepare service documentation, invoices and handovers
• Assist with warranty and service administration
• Build strong relationships with new and returning customers
