Aquaheat Facility Services is seeking an experienced Wellington-based Projects and Asset Manager to lead asset replacement projects for a key client contract. You’ll plan, budget, coordinate teams, and ensure safety, quality and timely delivery in line with specifications and standards.

You’ll bring at least 5 years of construction/MEP experience, strong mechanical services knowledge, and proven leadership. Familiarity with subcontractors, cost control and client engagement is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in construction industry with PM experience.
• Strong knowledge of ventilation/HVAC piping and installation.
• Experience managing subcontractors and self-delivery site teams.
• Solid financial and cost-control abilities (budgets, estimates, variations).
• Excellent client and stakeholder relationship skills.

Responsabilités

• Plan, coordinate and deliver asset replacement projects per CAPEX plans.
• Manage scope, programmes, budgets, variations and financial performance.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, consultants and suppliers to stay on track.
• Build relationships with the client and act as key contact during delivery.
• Provide technical input into asset replacement planning and lifecycle considerations.
