We’re looking for an Asphalt Quality Assurance Technician to join our Asphalt team in Tauranga. This is a hands‑on, site‑based role where you’ll help keep our surfacing work on track by owning the detail, from measurements and mix quantities through to QA checks and documentation. You’ll work closely with our asphalt crews across a mix of projects, helping us deliver high-quality work safely and to a high standard. Day to day, the vibe is down to earth and team focused. • Record QA measurements for onsite surfacing activities and quantities accurately, including paving, milling and sealing work.
• Work alongside production and site teams to identify quality issues and support corrective actions.
• Gather site paperwork, complete job summaries and submit QA records on time and in full.

• We’re looking for someone with Class 1 Full licence, with WTR endorsement a bonus.
