Fulton Hogan in Auckland is seeking an Asphalt Plant Supervisor to lead day-to-day plant operations and ensure safe, efficient production of asphalt for regional road projects. You will coordinate production schedules, maintenance, and materials to meet demand while upholding quality standards.

Qualifications

Experience in asphalt production or plant operations.
Strong leadership and people management.
Basic budgeting and cost control awareness.
Proficient in MS Excel and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

Lead the safe and efficient day-to-day operation of the asphalt plant.
Coordinate production schedules, plant staff and material supply to meet project demand.
Oversee plant maintenance and minimise downtime.
Monitor asphalt quality and compliance standards, ensuring product is delivered to specification.
Drive continuous improvement across plant performance, safety, housekeeping and cost control.
