Qualifications

Experience in asphalt production, plant operations or a similar industrial environment.
Basic financial understanding, including budget awareness and cost drivers.
Basic computer literacy, including MS Excel capability.
Proven people leadership and team coordination.
Strong focus on safety, quality and compliance.
Good planning, problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the safe, efficient day-to-day operation of the asphalt plant.
Coordinate production schedules, plant staff and material supply to meet demand.
Oversee plant maintenance and minimise downtime with the team.
Monitor asphalt quality and ensure delivery to specification and standards.
Drive continuous improvement in plant performance, safety, housekeeping and costs.
