Job summary

Fulton Hogan Ltd in Tauranga is seeking two Operators to run plant and machinery for asphalt and paving projects. You will operate equipment safely, perform daily checks and work closely with the Foreperson and site crew to keep work moving.

A strong emphasis on safety, with current Class 2 and Class 4 licences and W, T, R endorsements preferred. Full training and ongoing development are provided within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience operating plant and machinery in asphalt and paving or similar hands-on environments.
• A strong focus on safety and following procedures.
• Willingness to gain licences/endorsements if required by the role.

Responsibilities

• Operate plant and machinery safely across asphalt and paving activities.
• Complete daily plant checks and basic maintenance; keep equipment clean and ready for work.
• Follow site plans, pre-start requirements and safety, environmental and quality processes.
