Job summary

STERIS is seeking a Marketing Communication Specialist to drive integrated campaigns across Asia, managing digital channels, content creation, and brand communications. You will optimize websites, run webinars, trade shows, and training programs to support growth.

Collaborate with regional and global teams to localize content, measure performance, and ensure compliance with branding and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing communications, digital marketing, or content creation.
• Experience in graphic design or with a design portfolio is preferred.
• Experience in events management and organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across channels (email, web, webinars, social).
• Create, coordinate and manage marketing content (digital, print, video, presentations).
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for engagement and lead generation.
• Ensure branding and regulatory compliance of all marketing communications.
• Support product launches with assets and customer communications.
