Job summary

STERIS is seeking an HR Operations partner to support the employee lifecycle and HR processes across Singapore, Malaysia, India, Vietnam, and Thailand. The role collaborates with HRBPs, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and Shared Services to ensure smooth operations and compliance.

You will manage onboarding, changes, and offboarding while maintaining data accuracy in SuccessFactors and other HR systems, contributing to a positive employee experience across the APAC region.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience supporting employee lifecycle processes in multinational environments.
• Experience using HRIS platforms such as SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar systems.
• Experience supporting multiple countries and diverse employment practices across APAC preferred.
• Experience preparing and maintaining employment documentation and HR transactions.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, transfers, promotions, changes, probation reviews, leave, and offboarding across APAC countries.
• Maintain employee data in HRIS systems and ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare employment documentation and communications for contracts and amendments.
• Provide first-line HR guidance to managers and employees on relations, performance, and policies.
