Drivesure is seeking an Area Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of two Warrant of Fitness branches in Takanini and Manukau. You will lead teams, maintain standards, and ensure a high-quality customer experience across both sites.

This hands-on role requires practical leadership, strong teamwork, and a focus on safety, compliance, and growth. You will be the reliable frontline leader, balancing operations, customer needs, and business development.

About the role

As Area Manager, you will oversee the day to day operations of two Warrant of Fitness branches in Takanini and Manukau. You will support the teams and keep the sites running smoothly. This role is hands on, practical, and perfect for someone who knows how a good service operation should feel and makes it happen. You'll be the steady, reliable leader who keeps both branches performing well — supporting staff, maintaining standards, and making sure customers get a consistent, high quality experience.
