Job summary

Bapcor New Zealand is seeking an experienced and motivated people leader to take on the role of Assistant Branch Manager at our branch. As the right‑hand to the Branch Manager, you’ll oversee daily operations, support a diverse team, and help deliver strong commercial results, leading customer service, warehousing and delivery functions to create a safe, efficient, and customer‑focused workplace.

Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated people leader to take on the role of Assistant Branch Manager at our branch! As the right‑hand to the Branch Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving branch success — overseeing daily operations, supporting a diverse team, and helping deliver strong commercial results. You’ll help to lead a varied team including customer service representatives, drivers, warehouse assistants and the day‑to‑day internal operational activities in the branch. Plus, you’ll be in control of Customer Service, warehouse and delivery functions. Your leadership will help create a safe, efficient, and customer‑focused workplace.
