HEB Construction in Napier / Lower North Island is seeking a Senior Area Manager to lead the regional Structures business. You will oversee teams, manage client relationships, and drive safe, profitable project outcomes while identifying growth opportunities.

The ideal candidate has strong heavy civil construction experience, at least five years in leadership and in commercial management, and a hands-on, people-focused leadership style. The role offers a supportive culture and generous benefits.

HEB Construction is a dynamic and innovative leader in the construction of New Zealand's Infrastructure. We are involved with a variety of projects from road construction and maintenance through to earthworks, drainage, marine works, and major projects of national significance.

We're looking for a senior leader to step into the Area Manager role to lead and drive the regional Structures business. Reporting to the National Manager Structures, you'll lead our people, build strong client relationships, and deliver safe, profitable project outcomes while identifying opportunities for future growth.

Based in Napier / Lower North Island, the ideal candidate will be experienced in leading people, building strong relationships, and finding better ways of doing things. Key Responsibilities

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

About You

You’ll bring:
